PixelKliQ (PKQ) ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions. Since we primarily offer digital services, our refund policy is structured as follows:

→ Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled before commencement.

→ If work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of progress.

Completed services (designs, social media campaigns, website development, etc.) are non-refundable.

Retainer fees/advance payments made to secure a project slot are non-refundable.

Failure to provide required inputs, approvals, or delays from the client’s end will not qualify for a refund.

Project Disputes & Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will provide reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope of work.

Any additional revisions outside the scope will be billed separately.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
