All digital services (designs, websites, social media creatives, strategy documents, etc.) will be delivered via email, cloud storage, or project management platforms.

Delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned in the project proposal/quotation shared with the client.

Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on the service/package.

If you have purchased print materials, merchandise, or physical products through PixelKliQ, shipping charges and timelines will be communicated during checkout/quotation.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped through reliable courier partners.

Delivery times may vary based on your location (usually 5–10 business days within India).

Clients will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on location and communicated prior to confirmation.

Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the client.

PixelKliQ is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier delays, customs clearance, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If there are unexpected delays, clients will be notified at the earliest with updated timelines.

Upon placing an order, clients will receive an order confirmation email with service/product details and estimated delivery timelines.

For physical products, clients will also receive shipping updates and tracking information.
